If someone asked you right now to show them your trading plan, what would you show them?
Most people at this stage have something real. You know roughly what you look for. You know you should risk one percent. You know not to revenge trade. But it lives in your head — and a plan that lives in your head gets edited by your mood, silently. You "remember" your rule was one percent, but today's setup looks really good, so two seems reasonable. You're not breaking a rule, because there's nothing to break. There's just a memory, and memories are negotiable.
A written plan doesn't change when you do. This course writes it: one page, six sections. The one or two markets you'll actually learn. Two timeframes, chosen in advance, so there's no escape hatch to a chart that agrees with you. A setup written like a recipe — three or four lines, each a yes or a no, that a stranger could follow. The numbers, as rules. The stops on you — daily, weekly, and a night's sleep in between. And one day a week when you're allowed to change any of it.
Nothing new is taught. Every line already exists in your head from the last six courses. We're just putting them somewhere they can't leak out.
What you need: a free demo account and the habits from Courses 02–06. The course project is to write the page today and place your next demo trade with it beside you. No real money is used anywhere in this course.

Explain why a plan in your head gets edited by your mood, and a plan on paper doesn't
Choose one or two markets and two timeframes, and say why the choice closes an escape hatch
Write your setup as a recipe a stranger could follow — three or four lines, each a yes or a no
Write your numbers as rules, not wishes: risk %, stop rule, target rule, size arithmetic, and what to do if it half-works
Set a daily stop, a weekly stop, and a break rule — and explain why they'll feel unbearable on the day they trigger
Say when a plan may be changed, and the three review questions that decide what changes
Track the right scoreboard: rules followed, not profit, for the first twenty trades
Keep it to one page, on paper, read before the trade
